Regional Civil Forum of Pavlodar Region

On August 21, 2025, the Regional Civil Forum of Pavlodar Region was held in Pavlodar under the theme “Adal Azamat – The Pillar of a Just Society.” The forum became an important platform for dialogue between government authorities, non-governmental organizations, the expert community, activists, and youth.

At the center of the discussions were the role of the citizen as the foundation of a just society, the development of local self-governance, public oversight, and the improvement of the state social contracting mechanism.

The forum brought together regional leadership, representatives of national civil society institutions, local NGOs, and active citizens. The program included discussion sessions, a summary of results, and an open dialogue in a “free microphone” format.
