An information campaign titled “This Is Important to Know!” was held for the residents of Karaganda as part of the project “Organization of the Information and Awareness Group to Improve Religious Literacy among the Population of Karaganda,” implemented by the Internal Policy Department of Karaganda in cooperation with the public association “Citizens of Kazakhstan” and with the participation of volunteers from the “Healthy Life” movement.
Special attention during the campaign was given to informing various groups of residents, including those who arrived from other regions and are undergoing social adaptation. The main goal of the event was to improve religious literacy, develop critical thinking, and prevent the spread of destructive and radical ideologies.
Participants received informational materials explaining the signs of destructive movements, as well as recommendations for safe behavior in the information space and within the modern social environment.
