The first introductory online meeting with the winners of the Small Grants Competition under the “Development of Rural Civic Initiatives” project has been held.

During the meeting, participants were introduced to the key requirements for project implementation, the contract-signing process, the preparation of programmatic and financial reports, information and communication guidelines, as well as mechanisms for interaction with the competition organizers.

Special attention was paid to compliance with project performance indicators, the collection of supporting documentation for activities conducted, the use of mandatory visual branding, and the timely submission of reports.

The meeting became an important step in preparing grant recipients for the effective implementation of their initiatives and ensuring the successful achievement of planned results.
