An informational and practical seminar on corruption prevention, compliance with professional ethics, and strengthening the principles of integrity in professional activities was held at the Medical and Social Institution for the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities in the city of Shakhtinsk, Karaganda Region.

The event was organized within the framework of a project implemented by the Internal Policy Department of Shakhtinsk, aimed at fostering an anti-corruption culture, improving legal awareness, and strengthening the principles of transparency and accountability in the work of public and social institutions.

The speaker of the seminar was Altynai Islyamovna Suleimenova, a member of the Anti-Corruption Information and Educational Pool under the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda Region.

During the meeting, participants discussed practical mechanisms for preventing corruption offenses, issues of professional ethics and integrity, as well as the importance of each employee’s personal contribution to creating an honest and effective working environment.
