An informational and practical seminar on corruption prevention, compliance with public service ethics, and strengthening the principles of integrity in public service was held for employees of the Shakhan Akim's Office.

The event was organized within the framework of a project implemented by the Internal Policy Department of Shakhtinsk, aimed at fostering an anti-corruption culture, improving legal awareness, and promoting the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in the activities of government institutions.

The speaker of the seminar was Altynai Islyamovna Suleimenova, a member of the Anti-Corruption Information and Awareness Pool under the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Karaganda Region.

The seminar was attended by Galym Aldybayevich Umirbekov, Akim of Shakhan settlement. Participants discussed practical aspects of compliance with public service ethics, ways to improve the effectiveness of government institutions, and the role of each employee in strengthening the principles of honesty, fairness, and responsibility in professional activities.
