On August 5, Kazakhstan celebrates Mediation Day, the professional holiday of mediators!

Yesterday, an expanded meeting of the Mediation Council of the Karaganda Region was held under the theme “Dialogue, Trust and Mediation: Implementing the Values of the New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

During the meeting, colleagues delivered presentations and exchanged views on a range of current issues. At the conclusion of the event, letters of appreciation were presented to colleagues in recognition of their contribution.

It should be noted that the mediation institution in Kazakhstan has reached a high professional level. The exchange of experience and the organization of dialogue meetings at enterprises and higher education institutions create opportunities to expand the circle of participants and engage society in constructive communication within a safe and comfortable environment for everyone involved.

Mediation makes it possible to resolve various situations impartially and, most importantly, helps prevent similar conflicts from occurring in the future.
