Today, the National Kurultai 2025 was held in Burabay, bringing together participants to discuss issues of importance to the future of the country. The Kurultai serves as an open platform for dialogue aimed at strengthening national identity and addressing pressing issues facing society.
WHAT ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED AT THE KURULTAI?
Education and Science: supporting young people, developing an innovative education system, and strengthening national and spiritual values in education.
Socio-Economic Development: creating new jobs, developing small and medium-sized businesses, and advancing economic reforms.
Culture and National Values: expanding the use of the Kazakh language, revitalizing traditions and customs, and strengthening the spiritual unity of the nation.
Social Harmony and Unity: preserving interethnic harmony and developing an open civil society.
KYZYLORDA — VENUE FOR THE NEXT KURULTAI MEETING
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev proposed holding the next National Kurultai in Kyzylorda. One hundred years ago, Kyzylorda was the first capital of Kazakhstan. This decision reflects respect for our history and can provide new momentum for the development of the region.

We fully support these initiatives and are ready to participate in discussions of pressing issues facing society and take citizens’ views into account. A New Kazakhstan is a country where every citizen’s opinion matters!
