Today, we have taken a step into a new era.

This year has been marked by events of great historical significance for our country. One of the most important of them is the adoption of the new Constitution.

The new Constitution, which entered into force today, is a logical continuation of the state reforms initiated by Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. I believe that time will demonstrate the positive results of these changes.

In this regard, at a round table attended by the city akim, Darkhan Amangeldyuly, we discussed pressing issues together with representatives of the city’s intellectual and cultural community and shared our views.

Most importantly, any reform can be effective only with the support of society. Therefore, I call on all of us to work together, with unity and responsibility, for the future of our country and in pursuit of our common goals.
