Together with the village akim, Serikzhan Makysh, and water supply inspector Kairat Suleimenov, they inspected the networks and the sewage pumping station. Particular concern was raised by the restored four-storey buildings on 50 Let Oktyabrya Street. Despite residents’ efforts to replace the internal water distribution systems, water does not reach the upper floors due to the deterioration of the main utility networks.

Key issues:
— Deterioration: the existing networks, previously transferred from the Kzyl Zhar farm to Su Arnasy, have exhausted their service life.
— Risks: increased pressure during the peak summer period inevitably leads to emergency pipeline ruptures.
— Quality: residents have raised complaints about the quality of drinking water.

The Akim of Krasny Yar emphasized that the only solution is to implement a new large-scale project. At present, progress has finally been made.

Design documentation status: the design organization, Kokshe-Kurylys-R LLP, has completed the documentation. The estimated project cost at Q2 2026 prices is KZT 1.34 billion.

The project is planned to be submitted for state expert review in April 2026, after completion of the land plot documentation.

The project includes the construction of more than 20 km of new networks along the village streets, including Seifullin, Abai, Abylai Khan and others.

Community representatives noted the high level of civic engagement among the residents of Building No. 2, who independently maintain and improve their residential property.

An expanded discussion involving the project developers, government agencies and local activists is planned in the near future to accelerate the submission of an application for state funding.
