As part of the implementation of the “Law and Order” principle, a preventive and awareness-raising meeting was held at the State Institution “Department of Specialized Security Service of Akmola Region of the Committee for Control of Security Activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” The meeting focused on strengthening legal culture, compliance with legislation, and preventing corruption risks.

The event was attended by:

• Igor Gennadyevich Plyusnin — member of the Commission on Legal Compliance and Anti-Corruption of the Public Council of Akmola Region;
• Alexander Anatolyevich Vysotsky — Director of the “Regional Mental Health Center” State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management under the Akmola Region Health Department;
• Rustem Muratovich Koshmaganbetov — religious studies expert at the “Center for Analysis and Development of Interfaith Relations” State Municipal Institution under the Akmola Region Department for Religious Affairs.

The meeting addressed compliance with the law, strengthening discipline, corruption prevention, and the importance of promoting the principles of responsibility, rule of law, and zero tolerance for violations of the law in society. Particular attention was also paid to countering the spread of drugs and extremism.

Such meetings are an important part of cooperation between government bodies, civil society institutions, and the expert community in strengthening public security and citizens’ legal awareness.
