The main objective of the initiative is to train active citizens who can identify pressing issues in rural communities, conduct public monitoring, and facilitate effective cooperation between residents, public councils, and local executive bodies.

The project plans to establish a network of city managers in five villages of Tselinograd District. Trained active citizens will collect residents’ requests and proposals, identify and document pressing issues, monitor progress in addressing them, and help develop solutions in cooperation with local executive bodies.

The initiative is expected to increase residents’ participation in addressing local issues, strengthen cooperation between citizens and local executive bodies, and expand the capacity of public councils to represent and protect the interests of the population.
