Consultation Centers “Adal Azamat – Belsendi Kogam” Continue to Operate in Kazakhstan Consultation centers “Adal Azamat – Belsendi Kogam” continue to operate across Kazakhstan, providing legal and organizational support to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and citizens.

The network includes a national project office and 20 regional project offices covering all regions of the country. From July to September 2026, the centers’ specialists provided 395 consultations, including 310 to urban residents and 85 to rural residents.

The most requested consultations concerned grant funding, state social contracting, NGO registration, and institutional development. Applicants also sought clarification on reporting requirements, maintaining the NGO database, accounting, taxation, employment, and volunteering.
