An online training session was held for volunteers

As part of the project “Development of Volunteering in the Field of History and Culture,” implemented by order of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the Unified Grant Operator, an online training session was held for volunteers. The program focused on developing practical skills and building sustainable competencies necessary for systematic and responsible work in the field of volunteering.

Participants learned the basics of volunteer activities and ethical principles, providing a solid foundation for their future work in social and cultural spheres. The training covered volunteer involvement in research and the preservation of cultural heritage, assistance in archaeological excavations, basics of restoration work, the role of volunteer guides, and methods for monitoring historical and cultural sites.

The completed training marked an important step in preparing a responsible and professional volunteer community, ready to contribute to the development and preservation of the country’s cultural heritage.
